Breaking Strategies, LLC (“Breaking Strategies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit breakingstrategies.com, contact us, schedule a consultation, receive our communications, or use our services.
Information We Collect
Contact and business information. When you submit a form, schedule an appointment, contact us, or become a customer, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address, and information you provide about your business.
Messages and appointment information. We collect information you provide through email, text messages, website chat, social media messages, booking forms, and support requests. This may include appointment details, questions, and correspondence.
Customer account information. Our services use HighLevel subaccounts. Information stored in those accounts may include customer contacts, communications, websites, workflows, appointments, and other records customers choose to upload or create.
Billing information. Stripe processes payments and stores invoices on its platform. We can view billing contact details, including names, business names, billing addresses, phone numbers, and, when available, email addresses, along with invoice and transaction records. We do not have access to customers’ full payment-card numbers or bank-account credentials.
Website activity. Cookies, Google Analytics, and the Meta/Facebook pixel may collect information about your device, browser, website visits, interactions, and approximate location. Depending on the tool, this may include IP addresses, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referral sources, and actions taken on the website.
Communication preferences. We retain information about consent choices, subscriptions, and opt-out requests so we can manage communications.
How We Use Information
- We use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide support.
- Schedule and manage consultations.
- Set up, administer, and deliver customer services.
- Process payments and maintain billing records.
- Send account, appointment, billing, and service communications.
- Send promotional email or SMS messages to people who have opted in.
- Understand website use and measure advertising performance.
- Improve our website and services.
- Maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.
We do not treat having a customer subaccount as consent to promotional email or SMS messages.
Service Providers and Information Disclosure
We use providers that process information to help deliver our services.
HighLevel supports our website, forms, booking, customer relationship management, chat, email and SMS communications, automations, and customer subaccounts.
Stripe processes payments and stores invoices and related payment records. Its handling of information is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Meta/Facebook receives website activity information through the Meta pixel for advertising measurement and audience-related purposes. Meta’s use of information is governed by its Privacy Policy.
Our providers may use additional providers to operate their services. Their processing, retention, and security practices are also subject to their agreements and applicable requirements.
We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, to address fraud or security concerns, or to protect legal rights. Information may also be transferred as part of a business sale or reorganization, subject to applicable requirements.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support website functions, understand visitor activity, and measure advertising.
Google Analytics helps us analyze website traffic. The Meta pixel may allow Meta to associate website activity with its users and use that activity for measurement and personalized advertising.
Advertising-related disclosures may qualify as “sharing” or “sale” under some privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. Any applicable rights depend on the law and whether it applies to our business.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions and may not stop every tracking technology.
- Google’s account and advertising privacy settings.
- Meta’s account and advertising privacy settings.
To ask about our tracking practices or request an applicable advertising opt-out, contact [email protected]. Account-based advertising preferences and marketing-message opt-outs are separate choices.
Email and SMS Communications
We use contact information to respond to requests and communicate about appointments, accounts, billing, support, and services.
We also send promotional emails and text messages to people who have opted in through our consent forms.
Email: Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email or contact [email protected] to stop promotional emails. Account and service emails may continue where needed.
SMS: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. A confirmation of your opt-out may be sent.
We do not disclose mobile numbers or SMS consent information to other businesses for their own promotional use. Providers involved in delivering messages or supporting our services may process that information for those purposes. SMS consent does not authorize unrelated businesses to send you marketing messages.
Social Media
Our Breaking Strategies HighLevel account is connected to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
When you interact with us through these platforms, we may receive information you provide, such as profile details, messages, comments, and engagement information made available through the connection.
These connections are separate from website advertising pixels. As of the date of this policy, Meta/Facebook is the only advertising pixel we have installed.
Each social platform operates under its own privacy policy and account settings.
Information Stored for Our Customers
Customers may store information about their own customers and contacts in HighLevel subaccounts used through our services.
Those customers are responsible for their collection practices, notices, permissions, and use of that information. We and our platform providers process account information as needed to administer and provide the services.
If your information was collected by one of our customers, contact that business first about its use of your information. You may also contact us if you need help identifying the appropriate account owner.
As of the date of this policy, we have not taken customer data and submitted it to external AI tools. This statement does not describe every feature or processing activity of HighLevel or other providers.
Retention and Account Deletion
Customer subaccounts. When a customer voluntarily ends service, we disconnect their domain from the website hosted through their subaccount. For nonpayment, we disconnect the domain after the second missed payment.
When a customer notifies us that they are ending service, or after the third missed payment, we send a final email stating the scheduled subaccount deletion date. That date is one year from the final notice.
We retain the subaccount until that date to allow time for the customer to request available exports, arrange a transfer, or resume service. After the retention period, we delete the subaccount from our agency.
Export and transfer options depend on the platform and the type of information involved. Customers should contact us before the stated deletion date.
Email correspondence. We retain email correspondence without a routine deletion schedule. We review applicable privacy requests and legal requirements that may require deletion or limit retention.
Stripe records. Invoices and related records remain in our Stripe account, subject to Stripe’s retention practices and applicable requirements.
Deleting a HighLevel subaccount does not delete records held separately in email, Stripe, connected platforms, or customer exports. Providers may also retain certain information in backups or where required for legal, security, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
Other information. Retention of website activity, communication preferences, and related records depends on the purpose, provider settings, and applicable requirements. We may retain limited opt-out information to avoid contacting someone who has unsubscribed.
Contact [email protected] about exports, transfers, or earlier deletion requests.
Your Privacy Choices and Requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; restrict or object to certain processing; or opt out of targeted advertising or qualifying sale or sharing.
Send requests to [email protected]. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records.
Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. Certain records may be retained where permitted or required by law. If an applicable law provides an appeal right, you may use the same contact address to request an appeal.
Where available, you may also raise concerns with the relevant privacy regulator.
Security and Processing Locations
No website, storage system, or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Our services rely on third-party platforms. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where those providers operate, subject to their arrangements and applicable requirements.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adult users, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and address it.
Third-Party Websites
Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our practices, services, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. Additional notice will be provided where required.
